Refund Policy

Effective April 24, 2026

We keep this short and predictable so you know exactly what you're paying for. Buying a spot on a Bloc Card is a commitment to a mailing — not a refundable deposit. There are only two situations where we issue refunds.

1. Full refund — the card doesn't run

We need at least 75% of spots soldby the card's fill deadline for the card to run. If we're short, we'll usually extend the deadline, offer existing advertisers a larger spot, or round out the card with local content so it still mails. If none of that works and we decide to cancel the campaign, every paid advertiser is refunded in full.

2. Full refund — we decline your creative

If the artwork or copy you submit violates our content standards (illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, hateful, infringing on a third party's rights, or otherwise harmful to other advertisers on the card) and we can't work with you to produce acceptable artwork in time, we will refund your purchase in full.

No refund for change of mind

Once you've paid for a spot, you're committing to that mailing. We don't issue refunds for buyer's remorse, schedule changes, business circumstances, or any reason outside the two situations above. This includes before assets are submitted, before a design is sent for approval, and after. Your spot belongs to you for the entire campaign — refundable only if the campaign itself can't run.

If your checkout session expires before you pay

When you begin checkout, the spots you picked are reserved for 30 minutes. If you don't finish paying within that window, the reservation is released and the spots go back on sale for other buyers. No charge is made and nothing to refund — just start over from the campaign page if you still want those spots.

If you don't send assets or approve your design

If you don't send us your logo or a link to brand assets by the time the card moves into design, we'll build your ad using whatever information you provided at checkout (business name, category, phone, website, offer text). If you don't respond to a design preview, we'll mail the card with the most recent version of your ad as designed by our team. The card still goes to print and your spot is still mailed — silence is treated as acceptance.

Problems with your printed ad

If your ad is printed with a material error caused by us (wrong artwork after you approved a different version, wrong contact information you submitted correctly, misprinted), contact us within 30 days of the mailing date. We will either include you at no charge on the next comparable card or refund the affected portion of your purchase, at our discretion. This does not cover errors in information you submitted to us.

How refunds are issued

When a refund is issued under section 1 or 2 above, it goes back to the original payment method via Stripe. Most banks post refunds within 5 business days. If you have questions about a refund, email hello@getbloccard.com.
