Terms of Service

Welcome to Get Bloc Card. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getbloccard.com (the "Service"), operated by Get Bloc Card ("we", "us"). By purchasing a spot or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Get Bloc Card sells advertising spots on shared direct mail cards that are printed and mailed to residential addresses within a defined geographic area.

2. Your account and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of any business information, creative, and offers you submit. You represent that you have the rights to all artwork, logos, and copy you upload, and that your content is lawful, truthful, and not misleading.

3. Payment and reservation

When you begin checkout, your selected spots are reserved for you. If you do not complete payment within 30 minutes, the reservation expires and the spots are released back to the map for other buyers to claim. Payment is processed by Stripe and prices are shown in U.S. dollars. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

We sometimes offer discounted pricing on a card. The price you pay is the price quoted at checkout, which is locked in when your Stripe checkout session is created. If we later change pricing on the card, your existing purchase is unaffected.

4. Content we can reject

We may decline or remove any creative that is illegal, discriminatory, sexually explicit, promotes hate or violence, infringes a third party's rights, or that we believe would harm other advertisers on the card. In those cases we will refund your purchase.

5. Delivery

Mailing dates are estimates. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to mail on the stated date, but printing and postal delays can occur. Our liability for delayed or undelivered mail is limited to a refund of the price paid.

6. Fill requirement

If a card does not reach its minimum fill requirement by the stated fill deadline, we will cancel the card and refund all purchases in full.

7. Intellectual property and creative revisions

You retain ownership of your creative. By submitting it, you grant Get Bloc Card a non-exclusive license to print, reproduce, and distribute it as part of the campaign you purchased.

We will revise your ad as many times as needed up to the design lock date for your campaign. The design lock date is the point at which your ad is sent to print and no further changes can be made; we will communicate it to you in writing once it is set for your campaign. Revisions requested after the design lock date cannot be honored, and your ad will be printed and mailed in its last-approved state.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific response rate, sales volume, or business outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Bloc Card's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the spot in question.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
